4Rivers Developing Restaurant Concept for Cafe Space Inside Orlando Science Center

Orlando Science Center has formed a partnership between themselves, the 4Rivers restaurant chain, and 4Roots Farm for the execution of a total overhaul of the center's first floor cafe area.

The space was most recently occupied by Subway.

An entirely new concept will be created leveraging the strengths of both brands that will feature a "unique culinary experience to fuel both the mind and the body," according to Orlando Science Center.

During the transition, 4Rivers Catering will be providing food service. A rotating menu, currently in the process of being developed, will be served. It will contain smokehouse meats, salads, select sides, and kid-friendly options. Hours will be 11am to 2pm Thursday through Tuesday.

The new concept is expected to open in the Fall.
