The Amazon Treasure Truck is putting on a "Movie Series" according to the Mayors Agenda event permit list that goes before City Council Monday July 11th. One event will take place Saturday July 7th at Blue Jacket Park. A second will take place one week later June 14th at Lake Eola Park.
That's about all we know about the events so far. There is no record of a movie series taking place in any of the other cities in which the Amazon Treasure Truck program is located. The Treasure Truck Movie Series event at Lake Eola does not coincide with the park's department own established event monthly family movie event "Movieola." That takes place July 27th and will feature the children's film Peter Rabbit.
We've reached out to Amazon for details.
