Antonio's of Maitland Got 27 Health Code Violations and a Follow-Up Inspection

You never think the fancy restaurants have kitchen issues. But this one did! Luckily they pretty much got everything cleaned up for their follow-up inspection.


27 health code violations were found at Antonio's restaurant at 611 S Orlando Ave, Maitland (MAP) during its December 27th inspection. A follow up inspection on December 28th was required during which only 9 violations were found.

Violations found December 27th inspection:

  16. 09-01-4 High Priority - Employee touching ready-to-eat food with their bare hands - food was not being heated as a sole ingredient to 145 degrees F or immediately added to other ingredients to be cooked/heated to the minimum required temperature to allow bare hand contact.
