Beefy King restaurant (Instagram | Website), a 51 year old fast food restaurant in the Milk District at 424 N Bumby Ave (MAP) will reopen for business Wednesday November 20th.
The restaurant caught fire last Tuesday morning at 1am. There were no injuries and the damage to the building was minimal. John Cairl Huff was arrested and charged the next day with Arson Second Degree and Criminal Mischief for setting the fire.
The owners say in an instagram post, "There is still quite a bit to finish and our inventory was completely disposed of, sadly. In order to properly restock we will need to push opening to Wednesday."
