Bento Asian Kitchen + Sushi (Website) is opening a Lake Nona area location at 12851 Narcoossee Road (MAP) across from Lake Nona High School.
Bento describes their menu as a “one-stop shop for Asian fare“ with made-to-order wok-seared dishes, fresh-rolled sushi, build-your-own poke bowls, rice and noodle bowls, bento boxes, and boba tea.
The 3,000 SF restaurant will seat 100. Along with indoor patio seating, Bento will feature an arched, koi-fish mosaic ceiling and a modern Japanese aesthetic by Justin Fong of Orlando-based GDP Design Build (Website).
Bento has been in business for 13 years and has locations in downtown, Dr. Phillips, the UCF area, Winter Park, Kissimmee at Margaritaville, and most recently Oviedo.
An opening date has not been announced.
