City May Spend $300,000 For Two Park Bathrooms

The City of Orlando Public Works Department and Procurement and Contracts Division are requesting approval by City Council to utilize Lake County Contract 16-0214 with Leesburg Concrete Company, Inc. to pay an estimated $300,000 for the purchase and installation of two small pre-cast concrete restrooms at Bill Frederick Park at 3401 S Hiawassee Road (MAP).


The purchase is part of the Consent Agenda for the July 6th Orlando city council meeting which can be watched live HERE.


Bill Frederick Park covers 183 acres of land alongside Turkey Lake and features an RV camping area, two playgrounds, biking and jogging trails, rental pavilions, picnic tables, and more.
