Black History Month Reception

Join us as we celebrate the continuing contributions and positive influence of Black Americans in the Central Florida community. This year’s theme, “2020- African Americans and The Vote” celebrates the strives and accomplishments on the part of black men and women for their right to vote. The theme also explores the rise of black elected and appointed officials at the national and local levels.

The free event will be held at the Orlando City Hall Rotunda.

Parking at City Commons Garage (460 Boone St) is $6.

The event features a city proclamation, food, refreshments, a keynote speaker and the grand opening of the "Zuri" art exhibition.
