Earth Fare (Website), the organic specialty grocery store chain, announced Monday that it will be shutting down all of its stores. Challenges in the retail industry impeded the company's progress of its recently implemented growth and expansion plans as well as its ability to refinance its debt.

Lake Nona - 13024 Narcoossee Rd. Orlando, FL 32832

Earth Fare will engage in a process to find potential buyers of its stores and pursue a sale of assets in whole or parts.
Inventory liquidation sales will be taking place at all of its stores. The liquidation sales will feature "a truly outstanding assortment of merchandise at very significant price reductions" according to the announcement.
All employees have been notified of the impending closures.
The company is based in Asheville.
