New BBQ and Beer Restaurant Coming to Epcot's American Adventure Pavilion

Epcot is getting a new fast casual restaurant inside and in front of its American Adventure pavilion this Winter called Regal Eagle Smokehouse: Craft Drafts & Barbecue. The restaurant will serve barbecue and beer according to Disney Parks Blog.

The menu includes Kansas City smoked chicken, Memphis dry-rub pork ribs, North Carolina chopped smoked pork butt served as platters or a la carte. A plant-based BBQ burger will be offered on vegan garlic toast with a plant-based patty and BBQ jackfruit. A sliced Texas beef brisket sandwich with house-made spicy mop sauce*** on garlic toast, a South Carolina smoked sausage sandwich with tangy mustard sauce and caramelized onions, a Power Greens Salad, and a burger are also included on the menu.

"When you step into the pavilion, you’ll be greeted by the enticing aromas of barbecue coming from a large smoker located in the center of the outdoor bar and seating area."

***According to Epicurious, mop sauce is "a thin liquid, often based on tomato juice, vinegar, apple cider, beer, or a combination of these ingredients, that's brushed or "mopped" onto food numerous times during cooking."
