A request for Conditional Use Permit has been submitted by Hughes Inc. to the Municipal Planning Board for a project called Grant Street Mixed Use.
The request includes the construction of three new buildings, two of which will be used for a micro-brewery and retail.
The project is located at 215 W. Grant Street (MAP) in the SODO District.
The CUP would allow eating and drinking uses within the I-G zoning district along the Grant St. thoroughfare.
According to Growthspotter, dap design will design the 3 new buildings.
This project is tentatively scheduled for a public hearing at the Municipal Planning Board on December 17,
