Hoi Nguyen, creator of King Bao (with his brother Vic) and Poke Hana (with business partners Aiy and Alex) has a new venture. He’s doing a fast casual Korean Fried Chicken restaurant concept in the Mills50 District called Korean Fried Chi-Kin.
The menu will specialize in KFC wings, half, whole chicken, tenders, and popcorn. Custom bibimbap bowls and honey brick toast desserts.
It’ll be taking over the old Noodles and Rice cafe space.
