An 8 story 107 ft tall 150 room luxury hotel with rooftop terrace, ground floor restaurant, and spa to be built on a .68 acre Lake Eola-facing lot is potentially slated go before the Municipal Planning Board in March according to Growthspotter (Paywall).
The property is located at 421 E Robinson Street (MAP). The project is in the concept stage and is being put together by MMI Development (Website). Luxury townhomes are planned for the property behind the hotel.
The developers held a pre-approval meeting with the City December 20, 2019. In attendance were Brandon Hueber, Jason Searl, and Mike Wright.
MMI Development is responsible for the 315-unit The Tiffany apartment building in Maitland among other projects.
