Novel Nona - 280 Apartments and 25,000 SF of Commercial Space Coming to Narcoossee Road

A request has been submitted by Crescent Communities (Website) to the Municipal Planning Board for annexation, a growth management plan amendment to Urban Village (URB-VIL) and initial zoning of PD for ±17.25 acres of property on Narcoossee Road south of Kirby Smith Road and west of Lake Whippoorwill.


The annexation has been requested for the development of approximately 25,000 sq. ft. of commercial use and 280 multifamily units currently called Novel Nona.


A 6,500 SF sit-down restaurant and 3,500 SF quick-serve restaurant are included in the 25,000 SF of commercial space.


Crescent has a second Novel project in Orlando called Novel Lucerne at 725 Main Lane (MAP) in the SODO district. That project includes 373 multi-family units, a 24,000 s.f. Earth Fare organic grocery store, and 695 parking spaces. The flagship restaurant space in the development is currently available for lease.
