Maki Hibachi (Website | Menu | Instagram), a restaurant offering Japanese/sushi, hibachi, and Omakase experiences, has plans to open a new location in downtown Orlando.
The upscale eatery has signed a deal for a new 2,500 SF first floor space at the newly built My Neighborhood Storage Center at 108 E Colonial Drive (MAP) according to Orlando Business Journal (PAYWALL).
The three story building at the corner of Magnolia & Colonial across from the flaggy 7-11 features retail on first floor and storage units on the second and third floors.
Maki Hibachi already has one location open in Orlando the Lake Nona area at 11954 Narcoossee Road (MAP).
The restaurant is led by Chef Jason Tong.
An expected opening date has not been announced.
