37 New Residences in the Works for Milk District

A new development with nine homes, 31 townhomes and the adaptive reuse of two church buildings is in the works for a 4.8 acre property at 2113 East South Street (MAP) in the Milk District according to Growthspotter (Paywall).

The Trinity United Methodist Church sanctuary building (built in 1958) and fellowship hall (built in 1951) will be donated to and used by H2O Church while its ancillary buildings will be demolished.

The homes and townhomes will be built on the remaining property.

Internal roads will be built on the property and some of the mature trees will be saved.
