The opening date has not been announced.

This shopping center is seeing a lot of action lately.

Across from Twistee Treat, Mooyah Burgers is under construction. The quick serve restaurant's menu includes burgers, fries and shakes. It also offers paleo, keto, gluten-free, and vegetarian-friendly options.

A location of the fried chicken tender fast food restaurant PDQ is under construction in the front outparcel facing Orange Avenue.

Publix is in the process of buying the lease of the Lucky's Market space. The supermarket chain has not stated publicly which of its brands, Publix or Greenwise Market, it will place into the space.
